Transverse mufflers are typically mounted behind the rear axle and parallel to the axle. The inlet and one outlet are located on one end of the muffler and the second outlet is located on the oposite end of the muffler (see diagram),

Un-Notched necks are designed for weld in installation. If clamping, use band clamps 18004 & 18006.
Alternate muffler with Notched necks is 400498, use band clamps 18325 & 18330.
